Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are properly attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receipt.
